Family Literacy Academy at Lake Wales

• Mission Statement: "Where Families Build Their Futures Through Education."
• Background: Since its creation in 2005, 141 students have gained their General Education Degree (GED) [11 this school year] and countless numbers of English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students have improved their English skills. The Academy has helped over 2000 families to improve their lives.
